The lamb chops were really well cooked, they were tender but the meat also had a bite to it. The Chimichuri sauce was a complete contrast bringing a burst of flavour to compliment the meat. The meat lovers pizza was an overlap of sausages, salami and chicken along with the cheese making it luscious and delicious. The staff was courteous and polite, the service was prompt and efficient. The green ambience along with the old school theme takes you down hollywood memory lane.

Didnt think this place would disappoint us but its indeed been a bad experience so much so that leaving a review feels in evitable. we ordered grilled chicken panini sandwich, chicken and mushroom lasagna in tomato sauce and chicken florentine. The lasagna was too much salt and the only we could taste was salt and no flavours. chicken florentine was too bland , unseasoned, even with dip it was difficult to gulp it down and the chicken was tough and dry. It felt as if the meals are frozen and the same a served not freshly made. the panini sandwich was okay. didt expect this type of food experice as i have been going to big chill since a very long time now and it was a go to place for me .. but looks like not anymore .

Review: Big Chill – Extremely Disappointed I recently ordered from Big Chill and was left completely disappointed with the food and the overall experience. I had high expectations given the restaurant’s reputation, but the quality has clearly deteriorated. We ordered the pink sauce pasta, which turned out to be absolutely tasteless — bland, under-seasoned, and lacking any real flavour or richness. The grilled chicken breast in Portuguese peri peri sauce was even worse. It was so tough and dry, it was practically inedible. The texture felt like it had been overcooked and left out for too long. We did try to give feedback to the staff, but unfortunately, they were completely dismissive and uninterested in listening. It felt like they just didn’t care about the customer experience anymore. Really disheartened by this visit. Big Chill used to be a favourite, but with this level of food and service, I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The manager and his near support isn’t very welcoming and friendly. They clearly say no for everything: didn’t expect my visit to go this way. The place is not at all accommodating and helpful. Bunch of rude people and ungrateful. A family visit is a no no now, the place has changed since it became a commercial business. Earlier it was a place to have good food, good service and safe. It doesn’t feel anything like that. RIP Big Chill, you served well

agelio olio pasta & white sauce pasta had some foul taste n server was not ready to cancel it.....we had ordered agelio olio is has some foul taste and we changed it to white sauce it again had same taste......pls don't visit at big chill mall of india .....they had not canceled it n not ready to listen
