My wife and me have now been in Gurgaon for nearly 2 months (at our daughter’s place). Today, we were on an outing to CP Delhi… and what better place to go for lunch than THE BIG CHILL. Housed on the 2nd floor of the Colonnade, this 80+ seater eatery is always crowded; we waited for 20 minutes before being led to our seats. Settled down, my wife ordered a MIMOSA -a concoction of Prosecco (chilled sparkling wine) and orange juice, made heavenly by adding Indian spices and served in a champagne flute. I could see that she was real happy. For the mains, we asked for a baked Chicken Parmagiana – two large portion of succulent chicken breasts dressed in a dollop of Mozarella with generous amounts of Parmesan being the cherry! The spicing was just right – we did not have to add anything externally. We were nearly full, but couldn’t resist the temptation of savouring a grand portion of Irish Tiramisu – the classic Tiramisu cheesecake muzzled in Bailey’s Iriish Cream. This cafe has multiple branches and one of the iconic cafes of Delhi. They are known for their pastas and pizzas. I tried both of them and really liked it. The portion sizes are good too . I liked the vintage and rustic ambiance as well. It’s a good cafe to chill and hangout with friends. You might have to wait to get a table here.

We ordered pasta and pizza. The pasta was too Good but mushrooms in the pasta were undercooked . the pizza had very less veggies.waiters were sneezing on food.There was suffocation also.Not good experience

I had a really disappointing experience at Big Chill recently. We ordered a biscoff cheesecake that had a clearly foul smell, but instead of acknowledging the issue, the staff outright denied it and kept insisting everything was fine. What made the situation worse was how they handled our concern. Rather than resolving it professionally, the staff became defensive and started making baseless and derogatory remarks, which was completely uncalled for. This level of behavior is not just unprofessional it’s unacceptable, especially from a name brand like big chill. It’s not about a single dish going wrong, that can happen anywhere. It’s about how it was treated. Highly disappointed.

Terrible service and terrible manager. Their manager lacks professionalism and does not know how to speak to customers and despite giving stale food does not accept his mistake.

There was a very foul smell from the cheesecake we ordered and when we went to check on the stored items many items seemed to be very old and stale.
