Best Desserts! Though make sure you book before visiting on the weekend or be ready to get consumed by Khan Market crowds.

The food was AMAZING!! We ate the Spinach Mushroom lasagne, the ravioli cream parmesan, and the nutty chocolate delight.

Go for Dessert only, pasta with chicken meat balls had chicken diced, fish Newburge is a bland white sauce kind of preparation, no Newburge sauce at all, chefs are probably overworked, yes dessert like mango cheesecake and chocolate tiramisu are too good, avoid mocktails

I love big chill… the food never disappoints. But yesterday was the first time I fell sick after having their pasta. We were a group of three and we all got severe stomach issues after having lunch here.

Food poisoning from Big Chill Khan Market branch- We went to big chill khan market, as a family outing on 26 December 2023 in evening, and 3 family members out of 5 family members got food poisoning ( with vomiting and diarrhoea) the very next morning. It is completely unacceptable standards that big chill khan market ( big first floor restaurant) has as majority of family is on heavy medications for the food poisoning, in addition to the emotional trauma of being sick till the new year due to their food. We had ordered lebanese platter, pasta and pizza. Either they are serving old food or their safety standards have fallen but this is completely out of line and utterly unacceptable. Be careful before you head out to eat at the khan market branch from where we all got infected.

The complimentary bread basket is eliminated at this outlet. the french fries were undercooked - imagine they couldn't even serve proper french fries. overcooked broken pasta, horrible pasta sauce . The cheese garlic toast really needs to be taught to the chef. The shakes were runny whereas at other outlets they are really thick Really surprised that there is no check on food quality here.

We ordered a berrylicious pastry and chocolate fudge pastry and we had to throw it out after reaching home. The cream was too stingy and old. It wasnt fresh and one bite was difficult to digest. I believe now that whats left is not taste and quality but just the hype of food and bakery items in Big Chill now.

The quality of food has gone down so much that it's a waste of money to go here. Order pesto chicken pasta and grilled chicken breast and both were horrible. The staff was kind enough to get the pasta redone but it was still horrible
