Had an amazing lunch at The Big Chill, Vasant Kunj today! The place never disappoints with its cozy ambiance and classic decor. We tried the Creamy Parmesan Ravioli and Baked Penne in Gouda Cheese – both were absolutely delicious. The ravioli was rich, perfectly cooked, and bursting with cheesy goodness. The creamy parmesan sauce added just the right amount of indulgence. The baked penne was equally impressive – loaded with gooey gouda cheese and baked to perfection, it was comfort food at its best. Service was quick and friendly, and the overall vibe was just right for a relaxing afternoon meal. Definitely coming back for more! Highly recommended if you're a fan of rich, cheesy Italian dishes.

I always swear by Bigg Chill and often go to Khan Market / DLF avenue. Came with my parents first time to Big Chill at DLF promenade…. Hated the service and grumpy attitude of the staff. Drinks were served 20 minutes after our food arrived after reminding thrice … it was not even any fancy drink, just coke with lime. Then requested the pasta bun to be toasted; it came only after we finished our pasta after 3 more reminders…. Food tasted god but the quantity served was not equivalent to the portion size we get in Big Chill … i have been a regular since my college days days and I know the portions of Bog Chills pasta by heart… I was so disappointed this time .

I have many good memories with big chill however my visit today was a huge let down. All three of us , that is myself, my husband and my son have upset stomachs post out lunch at the promenade Vasant Vihar big chill

There quality is usually very good, but maybe because it was 9:30 pm so they made the pasta very casually. It was sticky and the pizza bread was hard as rock and i had half a bite of the slice and asked them to cancel it as it was extremely bad. But they kept saying that they are right… and its just me whos having a problem. But i’m a regular customer here and i know the quality they serve. And today it was shitty didn’t expect this from big chill.

The person greeting & noting down our reservation was extremely rude. He was in a foul mood & shouted at us. The restaurant used to be amazing but lately, on busy days they start acting like they are above everyone else esply the customer. Impolite staff. Would not want to visit this place again only because of the pathetic staff attitude

potato wedges were bad as oil used to fry them was bad, even veg burger was not giving fresh filling, pasta was not upto that mark which brand big chill should provide

Portion sizes of prawn in a the prawn dish was negligible, same with chicken
