My go to place to satisfy my food and cold coffee cravings at the odd hours.. since this place offers me 24 hour dine in facility.. one the best place to enjoy delicious italian cuisines.. Definately recommended

Café Black Coffee Café is a delightful spot for comfort food and good vibes. The quesadillas are delicious, the refreshers hit just the right note, and the ambience is warm and inviting. Only downside is the service, it takes quite some time for the food to arrive. If they work on that, this place would be flawless!

Gaurav Sir Review (so you know who is writing). I visit the Cafe almost daily for dinner with my wife and 2 yr old daughter. The food is good and service is also great. But, recently the front desk staff (before 9 pm) has been very unprofessional. I visited the cafe on 22nd Saturday 8.20 pm. At that time the cafe was relatively empty. The front desk had 2 female staff and a male staff (all new faces to me). I approached them to order a Creamy Frappe and they replied - "Sir abi koi order nai ho paega" which was rather surprising as I have never seen them out of service. Then I could hear the females at the front desk fighting over shift change. The male staff stood there like an absolute ghost to customers. They all could have made the coffee but instead spent time fighting. Then I approached the counter again around 8.30 then the male staff replied - "Sir staff nai hai abi toh order ni hopaega ". And I thought - Bhai tu kya krra hai yahan - checking his phone and indulging in giggles with the girls. Kiran pls take action against the 2 front desk girls and that male staff - (time 820 pm 22nd Nov Saturday). They are spoiling the 24hr open vibe of BCC. GAURAV

A cafe mocha with 50% froth … overhyped and overpriced. No wonder why it’s losing its charm. They first said not to pay by Zomato and then the supervisor agreed. This was my last time visiting this place thank god I did not waste my time and money on buying from here…

A person was sitting in the middle of the cafe and taking steam and gulking out mucus. How can the staff allow this. Meanwhile, the cold brew that I ordered felt like coffee infused water and matcha felt like it was a Hershey’s Milk shake. Terrible.

Very bad experience worst service ever I had experienced took more than 40mins to prepare a simple burrito bowl very bad service I would not recommend anyone to ever visit this u would be wasting ur time if u r coming here…..very bad service

we were kind of a fan of this place, but they have ruined it. the quality has reduced a lot, too much noise pollution due to buzzer, lot of mosquitoes, and a very cheap quality coffee. disappointing.

I made payment via district app and restaurant denied the order as on their end payment failed on the machine. I paid , I didn't receive any order.

There's no parking and the staff is unnecessarily mannerless. Can be skipped.
