🎋♨️✈️ The Blue Bar Medley Magic and Cocktails The Blue Bar is a luxury 5-star lounge bar that offers a ballet of finely crafted concoctions by their connoisseur liquid chefs or mixologists, who,create magic by blending homemade infusions, syrups, bitters, luxury spirits and fresh ingredients. Our mixologist for the evening Joel Scholtens Lindsay, hailing from the East coast of Australia, upon special request created a fusion. The cocktail was not only a visual treat but a burst of quintessential liquid frenzy. Joel presented with a practiced magician’s flourish and poise a cocktail that I would like to call Joel’s Joie De Vivre. As it was a medley of sour and sweet spirits, pickle and lime. The humongous beverage list includes incredible cocktails, mocktails, wines, and aperitifs, that one could enjoy with delicious food. The In house DJ played a variation of great lounge music to retro as the evening progressed. The ambiance is beautiful, with dark colours and antique black chandeliers.This luxurious lounge offers you the option of having a splendid time indoor or unwinding outdoors for an al fresco experience,at the patio near the pool and putting greens on a beautiful day.

The Blue Bar in hotel of The Taj Palace very Romantic and cool place use to go there with my girlfriend for dates feel very good and happy they we are so cooperative a d fulfill staff I would to write specially about the staff very attentive and helpful we are very enjoyed food was good Sichuan Tofu,chicken Dry Red chilly with Blue Bar Martini and Smoked Negroni so nice music was good @@@@@@ Lovley place

This place has so much of nostalgia and calm; had some exceptional service from Mr. Lovely and Mr. Aman who I would rate very highly in terms of customer experience. Unfortunately can’t say the same for the highly opinionated mixologist.

Very nice place to have some private time...service is awsome just like any TAJ property...they have some good wine collection and they are happy to help in selecting one. I always have good time being here. Thanks TAJ team.

Amazing place. When you bored with regular options then you should check out this. Outdoor seating is just awesome. Can enjoy smoking with drinks watching the lights on lawn. Expensive as it's Taj.

It's Taj, it's the best. Don't waste time reading reviews. It's the Palace of Delhi. Royal ambience. Royal food. Friendly service. Go for it anytime.

Blue bar is one of my favourite bars. The ambience is lovely, it’s great for a romantic date. Or to just chill with a nice company over delicious cocktails. They have limited food menu. The prawns chilli butter garlic is to die to for. So damn good. Szechuan chilli chicken is good too but very spicy. They have an extensive cocktail menu. I’ve tried a couple of them and I keep coming back for more.

Ambience 5/5 Service 5/5 Food 3.5/5 Overall 4/5 Went here for a team event. It was an winter evening dinner. Loved the setting. The light was perfect. There is both indoor and outdoor sitting. Outdoor sitting with a deck with sofa along with heaters is a bliss. The service was impeccable as usual. The food was good. Some dishes were okayish, others were really good.

Loved the ambience and the array of wines on offer. Did not like the finger food that we ordered. Even after the staff replaced the chicken dish that we ordered the replacement dish tasted equally bad. At the end, had some of it and left the rest but it resulted in severe stomach ache for the next 2 days 😞

Taj gone down the drain with Poor service staff including goons to just check on people paying bill or not. Upon enquiring the staff is ready to throw you out as if they are the owners of Taj. Taj Palace staff is more like Govt. Babus with who care attitude. Avoid this place or else be ready to carry your own drinks from the bar.
