The burger which I ordered was quite good and the garlic bread was not as I expected not recommending also the staff doesn't allow any type of privacy while having food they always stand on your heads to rate the restaurant i think that's a compliance you should take care of that. whatever review is from the customer accept that don't force to rate 5 out 5

What a shameful act to make more money by the restaurant. They refused to serve me the veg club burgers, which were the lowest priced veg burgers in the menu, saying that those 2 were not available because the ingredients were missing. I need to order a jumbo one only. I was forced to buy a high priced veg burger or a chicken burger. Within next 5 minutes I saw the same veg burgers being packed for a zomato delivery. I confronted the order taking person, who had no answer and simply said speak to the manager. He was no where to be seen, after multiple reminders they called him. when he learnt that I was recording a video of this scam, he changed his stance stating there was a problem with the server to punch dine in orders, but the machine for deliveries was working fine. They had the ingredients but could not take orders due to technical issues. while we were conversing, he asked his team to start accepting orders for those burgers too. I was stunned by this action to earn money by scamming people by such a brand. It was a dine in order but I decided to get it packed and leave. On reaching home, I realised that I was given the wrong items, I ordered crinkle cut fries (they are salted fries) but got peri-peri fries instead. (Pictures attached). What a waste of money and time to order from here.

The restaurant refused to offer anything other than a wheat bread which we do not like and then they told us that they were offering coffee mugs in the combo offer which the staff denied to give after providing us with the order. This is pathetic customer service where they lie to the customer and do not even offer all the breads.

MAHA BAKWAAS WASTE OF MONEY Today Burger Quality so Poor.... totally waSTE of money ... no filling inside the burger...no mayonnaise and onion etc... GTB NAGAR STORE SERVICE VERY VERY POOR SERVICE ... my experience so bad here.... crispy fries like Rubber

very bad experience. i ordered water melon ice.it came in a dirty plastic bottle and it doesn't taste like ice tea it was simple shikanji just packed in bottle. waste of money very bad taste please refund my money back
