Staff badly needs MORE training, Runing this place like a "Jugad". They dont know about their own offers and mostly clueless apart from cliche lines. Even manager didn't talk like he own any responsibility. God bless the Owner

There was staff talking while guest were there 2 out of 5 people were working other were just sitting at tables sending resumes and talking loudly. Floor was dirty , entry gate was full of garbage , front desk has a big garbage bag on floor. Tables weren’t cleaned properly had stains of cold drinks and coffee. Server added someone’s mojito in my bill !

worst experience ever. the delivery took over 45 min and over 5 follow ups to be completed. multiple orders delivered prior to ours on the pretext that ours is a customized order. no partial delivery of items as well including soft drinks. the manager even had the audacity to counter the customer.

The worst place to order especially at night . They sent rotten potato wedges and Holden no accountability when I tried to ask the same question over call. They simply listened and cut the call without even apology .

The washroom was closed There are a lots of noise in the place and everyone yelling at each other in the kitchen , but the burgers are not that bad
