The food and the ambience plus the staff are very friendly and Dharmnishtha is very friendly she help us with the order. Would love to visit this place again

Their veg club recipe has ketchup inside. Most of the outlets give ketchup as an add on and as a full layer inside the burger. I took a small bite without seeing the ketchup and instantly reached out to the staff who refused to exchange it. For people who do not eat ketchup or might have allergies how does The Burger Club cater to it. On top of it the staff member starting misbehaving that why didn’t I check while ordering. Their recipes are not listed inside the outlet, how would anyone know of these. He also said he cannot replace as he will have to pay for it. Seriously what about the people who have paid for it already? Does Burger Club has no responsibility towards their customers? First and the worst experience here.

Pathetic experience. Went in for a wuick snack, came back with stress and 60 minutes of wasted time. Rude, untrained, unprofessional staff. Terrible food, missing ingredients, forced replacement after replacement in the name of “policy”. Drinks are a sugary mess. Serving trays are filthy. Cheese looks like plastic. Burgers are either burnt or undercooked, menu has no description, and staff lacks basic manners to hold a conversation. Roshni at the counter, and the woman, very likely the kitchen lead, in a black tee- do better.

Today I ordered Island Club burgers from this restaurant. First of all, they hadn't updated the app and so after 40 mins of waiting, they inform us that it is out of stock. Meanwhile, when I call up the restaurant, the lady who receives the call is extremely rude and reprimands me, then when I tried to query about the issue, she cut the call on my face. Extremely disrespectful and harrassing treatment. I will take this rudeness matter further.

I ordered cheesy chicken fries and they were the worst.The food didn't taste good at all. There is no spice and no salt. It probably is stale and has a bad odor. It is shabbily put together and the taste is worst.

Forgot item from order twice, sent cold food and incorrect item multiple times.. Used to be a good outlet.. Never odering again
