The positive vibe in the restaurant staff is happy and quick. Grilled Chicken burger was awesome and Cold coffee gives a wow Combination with Grilled Chicken Burger. Keep it up team 👍

I recently ordered from The Burger Club and had a very unpleasant experience. I placed an order for 3 Veg Club Burgers (₹69 each) and 1 Devil Veg Club Burger (₹189). However, when we started eating, we realized that the Devil Veg Club Burger was missing. I immediately contacted the restaurant, but the response was incredibly unhelpful. The staff told me that nothing could be done since I didn’t take a picture, which doesn’t make sense — why should I open and inspect all burgers before eating? This lack of customer support is unacceptable, especially when it’s clearly a mistake on their end. I’m highly disappointed with the service and won’t be ordering again.

Guys pls dont eat here. So I recently went to laxmi nagar outlet & trust me there were cockroaches crawling everywhere , flies & very very bad hygeine. If sitting area is so unhygienic god knows how is there kitchen. pls take care of ur health & dont visit this place or order from here.

worst experience ever visited many TBC outlet but this is worst I used to love TBC but from now I would like to avoid sec14 outlet. ordered 2 large meals and received small which was tasteless and when I asked the manager he was like yhi large ka size h hamare yhan yhi milta h
