This has been such a disappointing experience. This is supposed to be a restaurant in a 5 star hotel but instead it was a fish market with over 30 people waiting for 45+ mins to be seated onto their respective tables. There was a pregnant girl who had to wait for over an hour to get her table and because they asked her to wait at the bar, and people who came after her were given tables before. Poor aesthetics and customer service. Additionally the servers were inattentive, the food was so average ( ordered the spring rolls, the mushroom dimsum, prawn hargao, string beans and the hand pulled noodles), and they billed us for a fried rice we didn't even order. Would definitely not be coming here because for the same value of money I'll get better food, better service and a better environment in so many more places.

The food at this restaurant is delicious, and the ambience is warm and inviting—perfect for a relaxed meal or a night out with friends. However, the service left much to be desired. Staff seemed inattentive and slow, which took away from the overall experience. With better service, this place could easily be a favorite.

Four of us had dinner at this fancy restaurant. The problem with fancy is that it shouldn’t just be fancy but also be feasible. They keep a bowl on the table for each guest instead of regular plates. The table height is standard and the bowl is further kept on a wooden platter- which makes intrusive and awkward. So we asked to get it changed to plates. Service is attentive but rushed and pushy. Polite but casual. Really cant sum up what can be said. Just its average. And if Hyatt is happy with average. So be it. Food is another matter. Every place we had had Chinese cuisine- it’s so flavourful, aromatic and appetising. Unfortunately, all this is lacking hugely here and we all were hoping to get the last spoon down so that the experience ended. I wish them a lot of improvement. They have a long way to go.

The service was absolutely PATHETIC! Extremely rude staff, overcharging on the bill, no respect. Just not expected from a 5 star hotel. I am NEVER visiting again and ensuring no one from my circle does either. No one deserves the kind of experience we had at the china kitchen. Terrible! I’d like someone to call me so I can share the details.

food was excellent.Hospitality was good too. but their is a difference between Hyatt and Taj. On 7th Dec went to Taj as it was anniversary. they arranged a desert and cake but Hyatt didn't give anything today 28th December. they knew it was my wife's bday. That's the difference between Taj and Hyatt
