​I recently visited The Chocolate Room and unfortunately, it fell way below expectations. ​Drinks & Food: I ordered a cold coffee, and while I could taste everything else—vanilla, chocolate syrup, ice cream, and an overload of sugar—the actual coffee flavor was completely missing. Thankfully, I tested one first before ordering a second. The pancakes were drowned in a massive scoop of vanilla ice cream, making them barely edible. Ironically, for a place called The Chocolate Room, their signature chocolate syrup actually made the food and drinks taste worse. ​Ambiance & Games: The overall vibe of the cafe felt negative, gloomy, and neglected. They offer board games, but almost every game available is worn out. ​Overall: The entire space is desperately in need of renovation—from the infrastructure, furniture, and presentation to the menu, food, and drinks. ​I won't be returning, nor can I recommend this place to anyone in its current state.

Count it as negative -1 rating. The staff didn’t seem to care about taking orders even after being called multiple times, as they were busy chatting among themselves. The food was among the worst I’ve ever had. The coffee and Nutella frappe were excessively sweet, honestly, I could make something tastier at home. The Italiana Sizzler was the most disappointing dish. Everything was mixed together like “khichdi” and served wrapped in silver foil, which was quite shocking and unappealing. To make matters worse, when I asked for the bill, I had to wait over an hour because their system had failed, and eventually I was given a manual bill. The manager was also extremely rude to a Zomato delivery partner who was already delayed because of their billing issue. Wasted my money and time. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I’m done with this place and won’t be visiting again. Not recommended to anyone at all.
