I would like to visit here at cbtl janakpuri and Mr. Nikhil is very hospitable and I would like to visit here again

I love CBTL coffee; in a world full of terrible coffees, they really stand out. Although the location itself does not get a great footfall, there were enough folks in when I entered. The coffee however fell a bit short of a great cup. It was diluted and the quality of milk was definitely off. Unsure if this is an issue for all spots in Delhi, or just this one.

I have been to Janakpuri branch of CBTL many times. Food taste is much better. Here food was dry and not at right temperature. Hot items were not hot enough. Mango iced tea was good. Croissant was very bad (could not finish). Omelette was good and so was coffee. Overall not satisfied. Will stick to Janakpuri branch where staff, service and food - everything is much better.

The pasta served was taken out of the freezer,warmed and served. Warm from the top and all cold at the bottom. Not worth for the price that is being charged. Also there were flies all around the tables.

Very bad quality of coffee served, inspite of my feedback shared with the staff, they didn’t do anything. This is not how a Rs 400/- Coffee should be. Wouldn’t like to visit this outlet again.
