Visited The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf recently and it was a letdown compared to how it used to be. Ordered a cappuccino, it was very average. Nothing memorable in terms of taste or texture. The Mexican paneer croissant had decent filling but the overall flavour was bland and felt rushed. The grilled vegetables were the biggest disappointment overcooked and lacking seasoning, served in cup saucer. The place used to be reliable for both coffee and light bites, but it’s clear the food quality has gone down over time. Service was fine but that doesn’t make up for the average food.

The ambience and service is very good. They have a good collection of teas and coffees. However, we were disappointed with the avocado toast. The bread was very hard. Must be refrigerated that was used as is. Rest was good

Great location good menu but awful coffee when served with oat milk. Bill desk and service was delayed. Walnut bread was awesome. Store design pleasant.

Menu has false information. Cake which was marked as eggless in menu had it marked with egg on counter.

I went with my toddler and even after asking them to take order 4-5 times, they didn't. Its not that the place was packed or anything, but the guy kept ignoring and kept taking orders of other ppl and even of those who came much after us. And even after 30mnts, he would prefer standing idle in front of me but wouldn't care to take order

Even there light roasted americano tasted burnt. Not sure if it was the method of prep or the beans themselves.
