I was so excited to see Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf finally open in Gurgaon! Being a resident of Chandigarh , this has always been one of my favorite places for coffee, and I had been waiting for their Gurgaon outlet ever since I moved here for work. My first visit here was an absolute delight. The extended menu is impressive, with plenty of new additions alongside the classics I’ve loved for years. The coffee, as always, was exceptional rich, flavorful, and consistent with the quality I’ve come to expect from Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. The food was equally good, fresh, and well-prepared, making it a perfect place not just for coffee but also for a wholesome bite. The ambience is warm and inviting, a great spot to unwind or catch up with friends. A special mention goes to Kushagra, who attended to me with great professionalism and warmth, his service truly made my experience even better. Overall, I’m thrilled that Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has opened in Gurgaon, and I can already see this becoming my go-to place here, just like it was back in Chandigarh!

Had a wonderful experience at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, M3M Sector 57. The ambience is great, coffee is top-notch and food is fresh. A big shout-out to Deepak, the Manager 👏. Deepak personally looks after the guests and makes sure everything is perfect. It’s rare to see such dedication. Because of Deepak, the service feels smooth, professional and very welcoming. Honestly, Deepak’s way of handling customers sets this outlet apart. If you ever visit, you’ll surely notice Deepak’s effort and hospitality. Highly recommended café in Gurugram — and all thanks to Deepak for making it so special! 🙌☕

Tried the cookies and cream ice blended coffee and it was absolutely amazing. If you like your coffee to taste like a dessert this coffee is absolutely for you. Enjoyed it a lot. Ambience is good, music is nice and staff is great. Will visit again to try out the food menu.

Just delayed service otherwise food was good. Although the lady there apologised but they dont have enough staff so not her fault.

food was great but somehow after 1 hour or so, someone thought that it was a good option to switch the AC off so that the customer can leave. I hate overstaying but had some work to do.. Anyways after informing 3 different people they had turned the AC on. was not expecting this.

Very bad food and drinks. The fries legit tasted like aloo ki sabji, no crunch, just soggy sadness. The mango brew was Rasna at best.
