Ambience: excellent Cost: reasonable Service: Excellent Food: Good Drinks: good We visited this place a couple days ago and I can’t wait to visit again. Exceptional service provided by Hari, and I can’t emphasise enough how amazing his service was. We ordered a few things- and wasn’t disappointed with anything at all. The mushrooms, paneer tikka, biryani, kulfi etc. Super delighted 😀

Very good service. Hospitality is also good. Food is delicious. Staff behaviour is also well. Specially Anuj. Very Friendly environment. I would recommend everyone to visit this place and enjoy your time. Thanks Sandal Suites for this type services and hospitality.

We went for an unplanned family dinner at The Crest on Monday and we were not disappointed. I am in love with their service as much as their ambiance. First, about the aesthetic- Absolutely serene. The domineering white is balanced with a pop of color (Thanks to the lovely orchids on every table and the matching décor) and the moody textured wall neatly brings together the overall picture. The outdoor seating is equally welcoming.   Now, special thanks to the staff. Not only are they extremely sweet and accommodating but also, non-judgemental and professional. It took us some time to get comfortable and we changed our table twice. We were worried we might be annoying the staff. But they were very supportive and understanding and helped us choose the perfect seating until we were settled. I would like to specifically call out Hari for his dedicated service and the chef who was so kind to ensure that we enjoyed our meal.   Speaking of the meal, everything was to our liking and whatever wasn’t was complimented. We enjoyed an assortment of breads with delicious white butter, followed by a very interesting serving of cottage cheese rolled in spinach and served with jam. The appetizers included mushroom fritters, vegetable kebobs, and tangy paneer tikka (chef’s recommendation and a true delight). We also had refreshing iced coffee, ginger-mint spritzer and a lemon iced tea. For the main course, there was a flavorful vegetable biryani served with traditional-style gravy and raita. Dessert was kulfi (Hari’s recommendation and my mother thoroughly enjoyed it).   Overall, it is a wonderful place for family meetings and even a professional gathering. The place oozes elegance in its environment, service, and behaviour. I highly recommend it.

I had a really disappointing experience at Crest Restaurant. The service was extremely slow — we waited far too long just to place our order and even longer for the food to arrive. The staff didn’t seem attentive, and it felt very unorganized throughout the visit. The crowd and overall atmosphere made it worse. It was noisy, chaotic, and uncomfortable, which made it hard to enjoy the meal. Unfortunately, the food did not make up for it. The quality was poor, the dishes lacked flavor, and everything felt underwhelming. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my visit.
