They have charged more than the rate of buffet.Actual rate is 1400 however,they have charged 2100 and than gave 50% discount.Ir looks like a scam

They did attempt to prepare a few fresh items after we complained, and those were actually decent — but by then the experience was already ruined. Paying buffet price for a handful of salvageable dishes is absurd. This could have easily been an à la carte meal at a fraction of the cost. Extremely disappointing experience. Most of the buffet spread was either stale, cold, or clearly not freshly prepared. This is completely unacceptable for a paid buffet service. What’s worse is the staff’s attitude — when we raised concerns, we were given vague, dismissive responses with zero accountability or urgency to fix the issue. Despite the poor quality and experience, they had no hesitation in charging the full amount, without ensuring guests are served fresh food. This feels like a complete disregard for customer experience. On top of that, their pricing is misleading — buffet rates vary between online and offline bookings, and their telephone staff conveniently fail to inform customers about this. Overall, this place is a complete waste of money. Poor food, poor service, and zero transparency. Definitely not recommended.

Visited yesterday for aniversary celebration. Very limited Variety of Food in Buffet and that too bland, below average and of bad quality, served cold. Dry layer over every main course. Don't know what I say was fine, desserts were below average. It was over-hyped. No one cares if we want anything fresh. Dont waste your money by going to this place. We have much better restaurants nearby. At least I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. Pathetic experience.

Really bad service and food in case of buffet.Food is also very bad.No options available.Really bad experience.And worst part is staff doesn’t care about how the customer experience is which leads to that they are not even trying to improve. Stale salads are served. Food quality is also very very bad.Half cooked food is there.No person is there on live counter.

Please go through all the review! The 50% discount is a rubbish! They do not offer any discount on walkin al carte menu! It is no where mentioned when u book ! U will keep on arguing but they will not listen! Even the pre booking amount is non refundable! A nexus between zomato and park ascent!

They have different rate for online 2200 booking and walk-in 1475 So called 50% discount is misleading I had long argument and finally I got was was correct For Zomato you must display rate of buffet

They have charged 2300/- per head for buffet. Actually the resturant charges are 1500/- per head. They told us that for zomato booking charges are 2300/- only
