We dined here on our first of three nights staying in Delhi - and the food was so good that we just had to return the next night for more. We tried a variety of dishes, all of which were exquisite - my favourites if I had to choose were the daal makhani and the Kerala fish curry. Chef Amandeep came out on both evenings - his team do a great job. Yes the place itself is perhaps a little lacking in atmosphere, but who cares if the food is that good! Great food and great service. Lots to chose from on the menu. Lovely atmosphere. Would highly recommend. Excellent food, specially the non veg platter and rarah gosht. compliments to chef. The historic pictures on the wall are special

We went for an impromptu family celebration and now know this will be a place we will keep coming back to. Among the most elegant, quaint, charming, and tastefully done dining spaces. Light classical music played in the background as we were served some fine wine and brilliant food. Fish, chicken, mutton preparations -- all distinct and all succulent. No loud chatter or over the top ambiance. They are effortlessly fabulous, retaining an old world feel. Highly recommended.

We have had their biryani and veg appetisers, the quality and freshness speaks for itself in every bite one takes. The chef, the staff are very warm and patient. It’s nice to be here once in a while away from the madness that Delhi is. This place is not for larger groups in my opinion, but a perfect quiet and quality place for two.

Quaint Room with a heritage flare. There are a number of black & white pictures around the room showing old India. The service was great which matched the great flavor of the dishes.

No doubt the food, ambience and feel of the place was excellent and classy. Was a little disappointed to see the small room for fine dining, not fancy at all as I was expecting. Seemed like a home dining hall with 6-7 tables only. We wanted to sit in their other open air place but it was full and it seemed the manager wasn’t very encouraging for us to go there. We were ready to wait, but he said the waiting may be 1-2 hours which wasn’t true. I felt very sorry at that moment that we chose to visit this hotel, as it became clear that they prefer whites in that place. Really? The pictures outside the dining room were of colonial India showing “Sir Curzon” and the dining place was named as Curzon room. Shocked? I felt we have again gone back the century. Couldn’t believe that we still have these places that reminded me of that dark Indian era. I was sure not to revisit their London market or any other property. I hope things change there soon! It’s a very late review as I visited this place during winters.
