I visited with my USA colleagues Drunken Botanist based on a friend’s recommendation. The restaurant itself is good, and the ambiance is quite nice. However, my experience with the service was disappointing. The staff was not very attentive, and the table we were seated at was shaking. Even after informing them multiple times, it was not fixed or changed. Additionally, the food service was quite slow despite the restaurant not being very crowded. Overall, while the place has potential, the service issues significantly affected my experience. ---

We went to the restaurant and ordered only 2 things, tempura prawn sushi and korean fried chicken bao. Even after 30 mins the bao wasn't served, I wanted to cancel the order after letting the manager know that i want to cancel the order the baos came on our table and instead of korean chicken it was simple fried chicken and absolutely tasteless the bao buns undercooked, when i complained the same i was told that this is what korean chicken is as if I am naive and this is absolute first time that i am coming to a restaurant. Also not to forget in thesea 45 mins I wasn't served even a glass of water.

we reached the venue 10 minutes late and the manager said we needed to find space and offered us a table which was broken and it was very hot. He suggest us to have option of cooler which was shared by 3 tables. Even after that the services were very horrible. Food was good if we talk about the taste.

They offered a broken table and even no chair for an additional person.. Manager's behaviour was quite unresponsive and rude. when asked to swap he told this is like it for years and not even have things as well. Really bad experience.. not
