✨Had an enriching lunch with my friends to celebrate the Grand Rum Cake Mixing Ceremony at Four Point Sheraton, New Delhi. A perfect place to spend quality time with each other, chit chat, laugh aloud and enjoy each other's company along with a wide spread of delicious mouth watering buffet. ✨Our experience at four point Sheraton was very good. The staff was very helpful and very welcoming. The food was also very delicious. ✨Beautiful open place it has to arrange the events, food quality is good. Staff was so nice and they were there for us at all time. Overall a great place. ❤️Highly recommended place. Their Food is delicious, I personally loved The Butter Chicken, Pizza ,Chilly chicken and Pasta , The food was in perfect quantity and quality, The Service was quick too ,and I also loved the mocktails, Worth every penny

Well, that all changed this Friday when I decided to treat myself to a fantastic dining experience at The Eatery, an elegant yet cozy restaurant nestled within Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, Airport Highway. Let me take you on a journey through my delightful culinary escapade. Stepping into The Eatery, I was immediately struck by its bright and spacious ambiance. The chic modern decor and comfortable seating arrangements set the stage for what promised to be an unforgettable dining experience. The staff welcomed me with warm smiles, and their attentive service throughout the evening only added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of The Eatery is its diverse menu curated by the talented Executive Chef Naresh Kharbanda. From Indian delicacies to Italian delights, the restaurant offers a tantalizing array of international cuisines to satisfy every palate. The buffet spread, in particular, caught my eye with its lavish selection of dishes ranging from North Indian specialties to Continental favorites. As I indulged in the culinary delights laid out before me, I couldn't help but marvel at the attention to detail in every dish. From the mouthwatering Chilly Bean Chicken to the flavorful Tandoori Achari Machhi, each bite was a symphony of flavors that left me craving for more. I had booked a table for 2 through Zomato, under the Zomato Carnival Segment & I was liable to get 50% off on their buffet. The booking was made 24 hrs prior to the visit. However, on reaching the restaurant I was informed that the buffet is not available as a special Onam Sadhya meal was going on. There was no prior intimation on this by the restaurant or the app. This absolutely spoiled our mood as we had planned on having a buffet dinner. After speaking to the manager, I was told that due to some technical error this mishap happened & now I can have Ala Carte and pay through the app & avail the offer. We were extremely hungry so we decided to sit and order something & check for some other place that was offering buffet. In the meantime I reached out to Zomato as well, they were of no help either as they responded that the restaurant isn't responding. So we ordered Fish Ajwani Tikka & Fish & Chips both of was good taste wise! (thankfully) Another thing that was irritating was we had to ask for water several times before they served. In short, this entire mismanagement led a spoiled date for me and my girlfriend. The mood got totally off & also the extra monetary expenses I had to take in transportation and also having the Ala Carte items as we were really hungry before heading to the next buffet destination. This something that is not expected from a brand like Sheraton, it's just that the manager was cordial enough, else would have escalated the matter then & there.
