The overall experience was disappointing, with a few positives. Ambience: The ambience was very poor. The place was noisy, with the same song playing repeatedly and poor sound quality. The cheap-looking furniture, dim lighting, and chaotic atmosphere made the overall vibe unpleasant. The tables were also far too narrow. With people seated on both sides, there was barely any space to accommodate the dishes being served, making the dining experience uncomfortable. Service: The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed distracted or busy chatting among themselves, making it difficult to get their attention and place an order. Food: The food was average at best. The pizza was terrible, with boiled vegetables on a thin crust and a very poor taste. The Dahi Ke Sholay were equally disappointing, with an unpleasant sour taste. The chicken was hard and seemed stale. However, some dishes, particularly the sushi and a few starters, were good. A Pleasant Surprise: We visited to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the staff proactively arranged a Happy Birthday standee for us. This was a thoughtful gesture and a pleasant surprise that we genuinely appreciated. Overall: While the birthday gesture and a few good dishes were positives, the poor ambience, uncomfortable seating, disappointing service, and inconsistent food quality overshadowed them. There is significant room for improvement, and based on this experience, I would be hesitant to recommend the restaurant.
