ended up for a brunch with family and a quick coffee with a friend immediately after today. all the items ordered were well.made. the prawn in buns, the chicken in buns, shakshuka, the different coffees. service was good and competent. but could be warmer. pricing wise about par for a restaurant in the kitchens. about the same as one horizon but below the 5 stars. overall worth a second visit

I would like to thanks mr. devyansh for his best suggestion. and was hoping more good items he may suggest us . but in between he was not in the table . over all everything was great .

Fantastic food, creative drinks, fun ambience and good service by Devansh. I would certainly recommend it to anyone who enjoys Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.

The food was bad The muhamamra was bland ..the chicken quantity was so little The grilled chicken tasted boiled tasteless rubbery and had no grilled taste 6200 was what I paid for 2 people for awful food and even whn the staff was told they were not bothered The manager never walked up to ask what waswrong or how could he help

It is difficult for me to give this rating but we had a very unpleasant experience at the restaurant despite the food being good. We walked in at 7 (before peak time) with our 2 year old. The restaurant was empty besides 1 table. Our toddler was blabbering (as toddlers do) and we were managing at our end. There was just 1 table besides us who had no problem, infact interacted nicely with our child. I dont understand what problem certain members of the staff had with our toddler that one of them walked up to us and said in these exact words “can you make your baby not shout?” I told them its a baby, she will blabber - are you not a family friendly restaurant? She said can you in that case move somewhere in the corner? Now, if there were more guests, i would have understood the situation. There was no one else and the only table apart from us didnt have any problem. We declined and said if someone else has a problem they should move, why are you asking us to move? Unless we are not important enough guests for you? This was the most discourteous experience for us. If you dont want kids in your restaurant just have a no kids under 5 policy written on your door. Dont welcome people and then make them feel like they are a nuisance. In addition to this, the staff failed on various other parameters. 1) no one offered a high chair 2) no one cleared the menu after we were done ordering 3) no one offered to change plates after the first course. Restaurants these days offer crayons to keep toddlers entertained (bombaa), offer free kid snacks (pizza express) and try to make the experience memorable. The staff at fio made us feel so unwelcome and was downright discriminatory to my toddler who calmed down after the first 10 mins and was later vibing to the music peacefully. I have attached a video to show how the baby behaved for others to see and imagine what kind of inconvenience she would have been to the manager and staff that night. Never have we felt so unwelcome at a restaurant.

If you are a parent with baby/toddlers or kids under 5, then avoid visiting the restaurant as the staff is insensitive to how kids behave and ill equipped to handle such situations. Forget additional support and hospitality to parents with young babies, they will make you feel unwelcome and embarrassed about your baby being a baby. Our baby was blabbering and somehow despite there being no other guests, it was the staff that had a problem with the baby blabbering. A member asked us “can you make your baby not shout?” This is after they have not offered any high chair, any plastic tables/cutlery, any stickers —- which is what restaurants of their scale & segment offer as bare minimum to families with young kids. I would urge the owners to visit Bombaa, pizza express with a small kid and see the difference in what those restaurants make you feel and what your staff made us feel. Horrible horrible and downright insulting experience that ruined an otherwise perfect evening for us. 0/10 on hospitality and courtesy. Sharing photos to show you how occupied the restaurant was at that time and how much of an inconvenience our toddler would be causing to your invisible guests at the non peak time of 7 pm. Downright discriminatory and insensitive. Stickers in the pictures are btw are own that we carry to ensure our child is occupied and doesn’t cause any inconvenience to others.
