We loved our dinner scene here. Shazia and Sameer were absolutely amazing and ensured that we had a great experience. We went for buffet and every item on the menu was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back soon!

Fish Amritsari batter is usually crisp, unlike soggy served to us. Dal makhani was not well cooked. Makhani means it is so overdone that Dal texture is buttery. Nonveg gravy was over salted. Gulab Jamun average. Disappointed.

very slow service and no sense of knowing who is veg and who is non veg. booked through zomato and they didn't allow me to pay through zomato for the alcohol bill. there is no mention in the policy nor it was communicated prior to the serving of alcohol. the rates are very overpriced as compared to the no.of items served. the servers were not getting the items by themselves and the second serve of same item was only being served after asking for it. will never recommend to anyone.

The team took more than 45 mins to get wine glasses, it was absolute shame before our senior management and foreign guests to accept this kind of service that too from Park Plaza
