A below average experience! Went here for dinner yesterday and despite making multiple calls beforehand to ensure the food and experience goes top notch as I was entertaining important guests I was disappointed. The ambience was dull with no live music, appetisers just about edible and stale tasting main course. The breads were undercooked and remained so despite telling them multiple times. They didn’t bother to accommodate their signature pan kulfi or live music despite multiple requests on the phone beforehand. I felt I paid 3k per person only to eat golouti kebabs!

Extremely disappointing experience. The service was so poor that we had to wait 10–15 minutes for almost every starter that was served. It was evident that the restaurant was severely understaffed, and there was a complete lack of hospitality and attentiveness towards guests. What makes this even more disappointing is that I had visited this place a few years ago and the service standards were far superior. Back then, the restaurant maintained a level of professionalism and dignity that seems to have completely disappeared. The most shocking part of the evening was when, while leaving, I requested a paan from one of the servers. Instead of politely informing me that it was unavailable or checking with a manager, he bluntly replied that he had been working there for 1.5 years and had never seen paan being served. Very very very poor service and food was below average this place is giving a bad name to kabab factory management should look into it .there are around 15 tables and only 3 waiters to server them we sat for lunch at 1 pm and till 2 pm our snacks were not served and when they serve food it was just local I think kake the restaurant will serve better food at less then half the price. Very bad experience my mistake went there pls avoid

the very first thing that comes to your mind when you hear the name is the great range of kebabs. all that we were served were half burnt snacks. didn't order a repeat of any starter. only saving grace was soup. infact starters disappointed so much that I didn't go for main course. my wife took some but only regretted. as part of valentine's package, complimentary drinks were ordered but they were pathetic too. truly disappointed

The service was very bad, the servers didn’t care, it took 1 hour to serve! The main course was very limited and not refilled without us asking: we had to wait a long time to even get coke served. All in all neither was the food nor the service upto the mark of a chain like Radisson. The management really needs to benchmark themselves against other buffet restaurants to get a reality check.

Service was not good . Waiting time time was long between meals. Number of variety was less as compared to the price. Desert were not Upto the mark
