First and last visit to the place ,The food was just salty , staff made multiple mistakes with order even if there was not much crowd , washroom was smelly no tissue and flush was not working, staff refused to take any card only UPI or cash . On the top half of the things was not available from menu.

We moved to Saket today and went to this cafe as a group of 16 people. I specially asked the person incharge whether they can cater to the needs of a group of 16, to which he claimed he has hosted parties for 100 people. My colleagues and I had a really bad Experience at this place. 1. Food was drastically late. 2. Daal was stale, when returned the chef tasted and returned it saying that it's fine and they won't replace it. 3. Spring rolls had oil dripping out of it. 4. Poor service by the staff. one denied what the other promised 5. Cards not accepted. A few of my colleagues had to leave without eating as we were waiting for more than an hour and the food still didn't arrive. I will not go back there. If you'd like to, please go in smaller groups as they are not capable of taking sudden big groups for Lunches.

I don't know how they have even that many positive reviews. Like most of the cafes in Champa Gali this is also a low budget also cheap quality cafe. Just because the name is cafe, it's nothing better than a highway B-grade dhaba. Cons: 1. Firstly the songs were so annoying, they constantly played those mix songs on a single track music. 2. The utensils were literally stinking, specially the glasses. 3. The food can't be worse, I've ordered Chicken Kali Mirch, and they served tasteless tandoored chicken pieces inside WHITE SAUCE (meant for Pasta) 4. The biriyani was more likely a chicken pulao. 5. When we sat inside, the entire place was stinking, so we had to come out and sit outdoor. **Never plan your dinner or lunch there, maybe a cup of coffee and some sandwiches are enough if you had to visit champa gali.

White sauce pasta was tasteless and worst pasta I ever had. Spring roll was quite good. Cold coffee with no coffee flavour and kitkat shake really not upto mark. Live music was great. Ambience was okay.

The place served stale momos which had a terrible coating of butter on them. Salt and pepper momos were the worst ever. Do give the place a miss if food is a priority for you.
