I have been here more than 2-3 times and have always been fan of the ambiance and food but this time the food was served cold .. taste was still good but it was cold

⭐️⭐️☆☆☆ (2/5) A very disappointing experience overall. While the food was good, almost everything else fell short. The ambience was poor, with inadequate lighting, no music, and surroundings that did not feel particularly clean or inviting. Empty drink glasses were left on our table for far too long and had to be overlooked repeatedly by the staff before being cleared. To make matters worse, cleaning bottles and supplies were visibly kept along the guest pathway, which is not something diners should be seeing. The staff themselves were courteous and tried their best, but the restaurant was clearly understaffed. There is only so much a few people can do when they are constantly running around trying to manage everything. The biggest disappointment was our takeaway order. We ordered sushi along with Thai curry, but the sushi was never packed. Instead, we received a box containing only sticky rice. Discovering this after reaching home was extremely frustrating and reflects a lack of basic attention to detail. Good food alone cannot make up for poor service standards, weak ambience, and careless order handling. Unfortunately, despite enjoying some of the dishes, I would not be in a hurry to return

Very bad experience The seating and the table was very very dirty like it’s never been cleaned. Plates were dirty too .I doubt they have cleanliness in the kitchen or not . It took 45 minutes to serve the starters and it was not like there were rush or something. My family was very disappointed with food , cleanliness and delay. Very very bad experience. Never gonna suggest anyone.

Not too sure how they hired the manager here. His name is something with an A. Requested him to switch off the music that was playing outside in a public space as we had to do a shoot. The place was empty and he was rude and dismissive. I think he needs to learn how to talk and behave, learn how to work in hospitality before actually being hired

staff was not good. Bad service. Asked for menu, instead they gave me the bill. waited too long for the food to come. Not good.
