Visited this relatively new Taj Property located in the quiet quarter of Connaught Place near Shivaji stadium. The hotel has been renovated and looks chic. The hub is the only bar and restaurant in the property. Ambience is warm and has a Portugese charm about it. Sufficient COVID measures have been taken. Fortunately not many people were there at that time. We ordered Connaught Coconut and Mimosa cocktails. Both were mixed well but the bar bites were the surprise. They maintained the original spicy flavours. . Kudos for that. Ordered the Mountain Chicken, Prawn Chilie and Purani Dilli Chicken Tikka. All recommended. The Mountain Chicken was crisp on the outside and moist inside taken to another level with sesame and Boriya red chillis - truly mountain. The Prawn was large and hit all the flavour notes. The Tikka was flavourful and the pudina chutney was fresh. Service by Mr Rajat was efficient and unobtrusive as expected from a hotel by Taj. The restaurant is a hidden gem but will not remain that way for long. Well done

Visited The Connaught hotel after its re opening (since it was up for renovation for few years). I was out on a snacks evening with my mother who has been a regular patron for this hotel in past years. The Hub is a swanky and yet beautiful set up of a place in a freshly Taj group acquired property. The food, ambience, staffing and rest other factors makes it a diners delight. One of the rarest finds in central Delhi where you can enjoy a pool side evening with friends or have a gala dinner with your family. Would highly recommend to flock this place and make it a point to have their experience serve you. Looking forward to visit them again. Well done on all ends.

The Hub at The Connaught Hotel (IHCL SeleQtions) is the best of both worlds. Pricing of a standalone restaurant and standards and service of Taj Hotels #tajness. We landed up here for visiting this newly renovated hotel post lunch time and planned on having soup here. The server suggested us to try the carrot soup which was spectacular at so many different levels. The accompanying bread basket was flavorsome and having various options. We also tried out the veg quessadila which was again amazing and authentically prepared. Will be visiting back soon for a full fledged meal here.

Recently ordered in some food from the hub and absolutely loved it! Better than expectations because the food had flavour and was not drowned by over spiciness. Especially the mutton burrah was so juicy and butter chicken was a perfect combination of tangy with a hint of sweetness. Dal makhani was creamy and well cooked. Mutton biryani had a lot of mutton peices unlike other places. Rasmalai was soft and fresh :) Loved the food overall and can't wait to order again !!

Went for my parents anniversary celebration. Initially I was skeptical about this budget Taj hotel. But to my surprise experience was good. For starters there was no valet so you have to park car on your own, which was bit of letdown. However it makes up with good ambiance, service and food. What I ordered : Dahi ke kabab were best must have item. Lotus stem & hara bhara kabab was average. Veg Burger was OK. Main Course was star of the night esp. Dal makhni, equally good was there paneer item. Mix veg was average. We finished our food with fresh fruit cake which I had pre booked & was good, as expected by taj stds. Overall my exp. Was good will come back to explore other items.

I visited for official lunch with fix menu. The food n arrangement was good. Quantity n quality, both purposes got served. Mr. Rajesh at hotel was very cooperative n responsive for providing super good service. Good place for business meeting. N thnx for good lemon tea.

The food and service are horrendous. We ordered the chicken tikka masala only to realise that it was exactly the same as their chicken curry. The waiting staff also doubles up as cooks here and accounts for the trash that they pass for a meal. The management headed by Sonali Chauhan is smug, sloppy and indifferent.

I tried calling the place 10-20 times. No one picked up. Finally when someone did and I asked one simple question regarding pet friendly permissions, they just disconnected. I could hear on the phone someone saying “phone cut karde” I mean not expected from such brands. Very disappointing
