Every 5 star deluxe is known by their face which is almost always the Lobby. The Leela is more in line with hotels like Taj Palace and Oberoi than stunners like Hyatt and Meridien. It does seem a little small in context of the huge property. But cozy seating,attentive waiting and some delicious macaroons and savoury snacks along with hot tea and coffee make this an ideal place to conduct business or chat up your friend instead of the more formal places inside which if I may add are more expensive as well.

A very disappointing and bad service. We went for a coffee in the evening. We waited for half hour for table and the staff was so confused and was not able to provide a table despite many empty tables. Then we placed our order and again waited for half hour. We were not even served a glass of water. We approached 3-4 managers also but of no help. They are all roaming around and totally lost. I am not able to rate food as did not get a chance to taste. Seeing the service I am confident that food would also be very average. We need to provide rating based on the service as well. This is the worst experience ever.
