Very disappointing experience at Marketplace, Kirti Nagar. The valet staff was rude and even threatened that they wouldn’t be responsible if we didn’t hand over the car keys. The ambience was poor — almost empty during peak dinner time, décor outdated and nothing like the pictures online, and washrooms unclean. The buffet was misleading. Most dishes, including the main course, were served directly at the table in large bowls. Guests usually prefer small portions in a buffet, but here everything was served in excess, causing wastage, while buffet counters remained mostly empty. Some items seemed stale; the chaap and sweets had an unpleasant smell and taste. Bar prices were very high. We had mentioned a birthday celebration on the District form, but there was no acknowledgement. While leaving, multiple stray dogs outside barked and charged at us with small children present. One dog scratched my leg, and the staff ignored the situation. Not Recommended at all.

This was the most unhygienic dining experience I’ve ever had. The glasses were filthy, the tables and sofas were stained, and even the cutlery looked like it hadn’t been washed in days. The staff’s behaviour made it worse despite having a confirmed reservation, they refused to allot us seats and even tried to force us to cancel our Zomato booking, claiming there was “no space,” while the restaurant was clearly half empty. This is Completely unprofessional. The food was equally disappointing. The taste was awful, the dishes felt poorly handled, and the entire ambience was dull, untidy, and badly maintained. Food, service, hygiene, atmosphere every single aspect failed . I would strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Clearly one of the worst place to eat in delhi all items were tastle less and smelling foul plus served cold with no intention of giving customer a good service I can clearly say that the money I spent here is totally waste. I will not recommend it

to marketise the displayed original MArket place restaurant but sitting very poor type place just side of mail Market place restaurant,very bad sitting arrangement and ambience,however fooding was good and overpriced

We had a reservation even then they could not provide us with seats and staff didn't know how to handle the situation at all and their manager wasn't even available more people like us were annoyed by the staff

Whole restaurant was just empty, there was some construction work going on and no one was there, I was with my cousin and it was just silent I didnt like that.
