Had the best experience at The Palette. The ambience is top notch and the food was amazing , not to forget the servers there. I’ll recommend everyone who’s looking for a place to hang out and chill with good food.

We spent amazing time at The Palette! The art supplies are given by the staff (paid). The food was good, can have improvements though. All over a nice place to spend weekend with your loved ones.

I went out with friends. We tried a veg pizza, patata basket, hot chocolate and cappuccino. The taste was not so good and the service can be improved.

The service was very bad. The staff behavior was also not good. It is literally a pet-friendly place but it does not feel like one because they treat your pet like an outsider or someone that is dirty. What I ordered for my pet wasn't even what I got. It was just rice with very few pieces of chicken in it and they served it right around the corner where my pet wasn't even sitting, as if it was something dirty and they did not want to go near my pet, who is a Shih Tzu, a very small dog posing no risk to them. I asked them if the food that they made for the pets is human-friendly because I wanted to know if they're using the right ingredients. The staff gave me a very weird look and asked me, "Why would you want to eat the dog's food?" I feel the service is very poor, the staff is very rude, and it is not at all a pet-friendly place

Visited The Palette at Dhan Mill with high expectations, but the experience was disappointing. The food took around 30–40 minutes to arrive even though the place wasn’t extremely packed. When it finally came, the dishes were bland and lacked flavor completely. For the pricing and reputation, the quality and taste did not justify the wait at all. Service speed and food quality both need serious improvement.

The food was really bad. Had the worst experience ever. It is a taste of money. The flavours are not good at all.
