If you’re looking for a café that’s not just about food but an experience, this place is honestly a vibe. Think: painting + coffee + aesthetic interiors = perfect content + chill day. This is where the café really stands out. It’s an art-themed café where you can literally paint while you eat. You get: • Blank canvases or pre-sketched ones • Paints, brushes & all supplies • Around ~45 mins to create your masterpiece The vibe is super calm, aesthetic, and creative—ideal for dates, solo time, or catching up with friends. 💡 Hot take: This is one of those places where you go more for the experience than just the food.

Had the best experience at The Palette. The ambience is top notch and the food was amazing , not to forget the servers there. I’ll recommend everyone who’s looking for a place to hang out and chill with good food.

After seeing the hype for this place on IG, I had to try it once. Honeslty, I personally feel it’s a one-tike experience, that too of you like art. Basically they give you a canvas, colours and brushes for Rs. 250 per person. You can order your choice of food. I personally wasn’t a big fan of the food. The pasta was a little too sweet. The fries were decent. I went with my sister so we had a good tike chatting and painting but the service and food can be a lot better for sure.

Went for late brunch and had a way below average experience. A lot of the dishes were served with either components missing or just tasting really like they were out of an amateur kitchen. The staff was fairly clueless and bordering on disinterested. We ordered the scrambled eggs and they were served with the most sad little limp pieces of toast. Got eggs benedict that came with less than one teaspoon of hollandaise sauce. This was followed by loaded nachos that were loaded with disappointment and some very tasteless cheese and mayo. Everything about the establishment screams below average, the only draw seems to be the location.

I had made a prior reservation and arrived on time with my friend, yet we were made to wait for more than 30 minutes to be seated. Despite this, when we finally sat at an available table, the manager rudely asked us to vacate it. The staff’s behavior throughout was extremely unprofessional and dismissive. What was even more upsetting was that guests who arrived much later were seated before us. This reflects very poor management and a complete lack of respect for customers.

The service was very slow- we had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The lemon iced tea was the worst lemon iced tea I have ever had, the toastadas were average at best and the seekh kabab wrap was really oily, spicy and bad. If you don’t want to waste your time, money, effort, appetite and your cheat meal- don’t go to The Palette.

It was a very bad experience. The staff was disinterested, the food was below average. Tasteless scrambled eggs on a flimsy tasteless toast, nachos that looked like they were just thrown in a plate from a packet and cheese poured over with pieces of refried tasteless chicken. Extremely disappointing and would not recommend.

The food was really bad. Had the worst experience ever. It is a taste of money. The flavours are not good at all.
