Its our anniversary and they served us the yummiest chocolate truffle cake😻Oh my god! Finger licking exclusive and yummy🫰🏻💫🫶🏻couldn’t believe, Totally loved their hospitality and gesture of love and serving happiness. Even a single cup of coffee is served with so much of love and good wishes. Loved it😍🪬

The food was quite average for the price point and brand name. Also the service was slow and buffet didn’t have many options.

We’ve been coming to the Pavillion ITC Maurya since Maurya was a part of Sheraton, the food had been top notch for a very long time including the service and ambiance of the restaurant. But this time, for the very first time in our 10 years, we were told that we aren’t allowed an entry into the restaurant unless we’re staying at the hotel which seemed stupid to us because we just came in a week back as well. The staff behaved extremely badly with us and after arguing with my father very rudely, they offered us a table at the back end of the hotel which they said is also serving breakfast but to us it looked like a wedding banquet hall with low quality food, Dustbin right in front of our face while were eating, the staff joking at our faces when we ask them something and extremely bad smell. Only one of the staff members was extremely nice to us and offered us some fresh breads and other items otherwise, worst management we’ve ever experienced. Let me tell you something, we’ve stayed at all kinds of 5-7 star hotels and had meals at their restaurants as well, but from a hotel where President Putin himself stays, we did not expect this kind of service. It’s not Maurya anymore, it seemed like we were at a sangeet function or Oyo hotel where they don’t care who comes in and who goes out. I would like to also mention that they were extremely ignorant about it as well, so if no class action is taken against the staff ‘especially’ believe me, it’s the downfall of the restaurant I must say. We won’t be coming back to the Hotel anymore. We enjoyed meals at Dum Pukht and Bukhara as well but never expected this kind of treatment from ITC Maurya, when in fact, it is known for it’s hospitality, it seemed like we were in ab hospital more than having served with gentle hospitality.

I want to raise concerns regarding the quality of the food we had yesterday at The Pavilion restaurant in ITC Maurya New Delhi. The food was not fresh at all. All the family members have either vomited or having stomachache including my Daughter. Not sure how a Brand like ITC serves such a bad Quality and unhygienic food.

Service and everything was okay and food was okay too the reason for my 1 star is that charging 3k per person then the options of food as a buffet restaurant is very less with like only 3-5 option in starters. Would suggest go somewhere else.

Very limited variety and food was so so with almost no variety in starters I would recommend spending 3.5k plus 18% per person somewhere else.!
