Food was really good and at affordable rates. Verry good service by Vicky. Vicky is very friendly and attentive. All in all great place to catch up with friend and have quality time with family making new memories 💕

Went to Piano Man last week and was amazed by the ambience. I met the manager - Twinkle, she explained me everything so well and was super polite. It was a great experience though!

Can we please have WOMEN at the entry check-in who acknowledge you as you come in...instead of rude, intimidating men in blazers who scold you for speaking out of turn. Women can multi-task better please.

One of the most disappointing experiences for a music show for which tickets costed a whopping INR 3000/- Seated in the Gold Pew section far from the Center stage all we could hear was the cutlery clinking and the dishes being washed.. The artist Shubha ji had an extremely sore throat. The management should have just pushed the show ahead or canceled The managers were absolutely oblivious to the fact that they would just station themselves talking for 15 minutes straight in front of the audience completely blocking the view Disaster. I just wish I could have my money back

I went there on the 8th feb and the food and drinks were bad. something was wrong. i have had severe stomach pain since then due to the food. we had only ordered two dishes and they were so below average that we left it after few bites. I have had food poisoning because of their food. An inspection should be done because definitely there is something wrong. I and my friend both have food poisoning. and no we did not eat anywhere else so don't make up any shitty story. I wish I could sue you guys...

We reserved the table through zomato. When we reached, the restaurant told us to either take an additional ticket tof INR 2000 to watch a band which we never heard about and if we don't want to pay that, we should sit outside with zero ambience. The restaurant should put the details like this on reservation platforms. We left without taking any service. Not recommended unless you want to be forced to watch a performance

Disastrous service. Took one hour to serve a simple chicken tikka despite multiple reminders to the manager. First received cold food and then the wrong order in this period. When the senior manager was informed he tried to salvage the situation with a food platter, which was once again cold. Surprisingly bad service. Mediocre food.

Music performance was very underwhelming, bad acoustics for a place which can do great. They cant get the beverages right. Food is also average. More expensive that it should be
