I recently organized a birthday party for my kid at "The Prizm" and it turned out to be an utterly disappointing experience marred by unethical behavior. Prior to the event, we agreed on specific conditions, including the type of food to be served and a minimum charge for 25 guests. However, the restaurant's conduct during and after the celebration left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Firstly, the quality of service at "The Prizm" was appalling. The drinks were served in low-grade glasses, which immediately set the tone for the rest of the evening. The poor service extended to the overall experience, making it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for the establishment. The food served during the party was a far cry from what was promised during the initial commitment. The taste did not live up to the standard we had experienced before finalizing the arrangements for the celebration. This inconsistency not only left a bad taste in our mouths but also raised questions about the restaurant's commitment to meeting their customers' expectations. The most shocking revelation came when it was time to settle the bill. Despite the prevalence of online payment methods, "The Prizm" demanded cash, which was completely unexpected. This insistence on cash payments is not only inconvenient but also raises concerns about the transparency and legitimacy of their financial practices. It's worth noting that, unfortunately, I did not secure written confirmation of the restaurant's acceptance of online payments via email, as it was a common assumption that all establishments would offer this option. This oversight became a costly mistake. In summary, my experience at "The Prizm" was marred by subpar service, disappointing food quality, and an unexpected demand for cash payment. I strongly advise against organizing any events at this restaurant, as the lack of professionalism and transparency displayed by the management has left me with a sour taste and a significant sense of regret. Save yourself the trouble and choose a venue that values its customers and upholds ethical business practices.

Pathetic service..After waiting for an hour we got the food and had to get it packed eventually as we were already late..also they levied 10% service charge to which we said we don't want to pay as we did not like the service..the manager was so rude at this that he said 'Inka discount hataa do'..I mean so rude and unethical..is this the way to treat the customers?So pricy and the crockery they are serving is melamine..horrible experience

the whole room was reeking and the fish finger which was the most expensive was of very bad quality. hardly only fish, only batter fried in palm oil
