Found this amazing eatery in Majnu Ka Tila! Great place for some authentic Tibetan food. They also serve continental food items but when visiting Majnu-Ka-Tila, it is suggested to try the local cuisines. Loved their chicken salad!!!!!!!! If we talk about ambiance and look of the place, definitely it’s very pretty. The best part of this place was their speedy service even on a weekend.

24.2.24 Visited here today along with my office team member buddies, had some refreshing beer- Bud Magnum, with chilly paneer, crispy corn and peri peri fries. Food was good enough. At last, had brownie with vanilla Ice Cream. But brownie was too dry, need to work upon on it. Location was fabulous though indeed. Would like to visit again and soon.

One star less for the delay in food. Had to wait long for our food to come . But it was tasty and fresh. The quantity was also satisfying. The staff was not attentive and confused. . Overall it was an average experience

Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend for Beer Lovers I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant, especially with the way they handled my simple request for a beer can, which was clearly listed on their menu. I ordered a beer can, expecting to receive it as mentioned, but the waiter insisted on pouring it into a glass himself. I politely requested to be given the can so I could pour it myself, but after multiple requests, he refused and told me I should skip the drinks and go straight to ordering food instead. I asked why I couldn’t have the can when it was listed in the menu and I was paying for it, but he didn’t give me a valid reason. After a long back and forth, he finally said they don’t serve beer on the rooftop—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere earlier. Even after I reluctantly agreed, I was shocked to see my beer served in a coffee mug—something I’ve never experienced at any restaurant. When I questioned it, they repeated the same excuse: no beer service on the rooftop. But what really annoyed me was when I saw another table being served the same beer in proper beer glasses. When I pointed this out to the senior waiter, he lied and said they didn’t have beer mugs available—completely contradicting what he said earlier. I asked to speak with the manager, but was told he was “busy.” The partiality and poor service I received were unacceptable. The staff seemed uninterested, especially the waiter who took our order—he looked rushed and didn’t bother to listen properly. If you’re looking to enjoy a beer with your meal, I would definitely not recommend this place. Instead, I’d suggest visiting Norwang Cafe, where they serve beer at a good price with proper service.

Unfortunately, my experience at this café was very disappointing. The staff were not welcoming or attentive — it was difficult even to get a glass of water. Service overall was poor and disorganized. While the view from the café is nice, that’s the only positive aspect. The biggest issue was finding an insect in my food, which is completely unacceptable. Definitely not a place I would recommend or return to.

the staff behaves like you are visiting there home uninvited!!! they are just not interested to serve you or welcome you . bad service food is average. never recommending this place if you want to have good time. You keep calling the waiter but they all are interested to stand in a corner hiding and gossiping with their fellow colleagues and ignore you deliberately.

I wanted to give zero star. Pathetic experience, didn't allow entry with friends. We felt very bad. Not going to recommend anyone after this experience. The staff was very rude and unprofessional. This is not the type of service anyone expects. Very bad experience. Went for the first time and they behaved this way. VERY POOR SERVICE AND STAFF BEHAVIOUR.

We had been to this today so rush and no management even the staff was also not interested to note down the waiting list person’s name so that they can call and inform us not even u interested to regard the customer rude staff ambience is good but worst management services and staff

Service was very bad. They offered our order to other customer and after 1.5hr they said our order given to other customer. Moreover sound was too loud and washroom very unhygienic

Worst place to go, extremely misbehaving staff specially the manager I want to fire an FRI for this man
