BEWARE!! This is what they send for "A5 Wagyu Tomahawk and NY strip Steak" for their online meat orders, which cost 9K rupees for a total 10 poor quality steaks. This looks like local poor quality buff meat haphazardly processed into their respective cuts, they don't even remove the supporting bone on the fat cap side nor remove the tough silverskin membrane, and these meats doesn't even remotely resemble the high quality pics they post on their instagram page, They are certainly not imported ,"luxurious meats" that they falsely advertise and promise. They don't even vaccum seal the cuts causing freezer burns and there is complete radio silence from their end after complaining about it. They call themselves "The Ranch - the original steakhouse "/ THE RANCH by Artisanal Foods, insta handle : theranch.india , apparently "the most luxurious steakhouse". This place is HUGE SCAM CENTRE , preying on people looking for quality imported meat but pocketing huge profits shipping local crap quality meat.

This place is a massive scam.Literally the WORST steaks you can buy. Please DO NOT BE FOOLED by images they share with you. I got my steaks in a thermocol box, wrapped very badly with cling wrap (not even vacuum sealed). They mention their steaks are ribeye A4 and A5 and literally looks like these steaks have been sourced from a local butcher. As always management doesn’t pick up when there is feedback. Rishabh also mentioned that each steak would be 300-350grams apart from the tomahawk. But each steak weighs around 231grams and are of local buff quality.

Ordered with very high expectations as they show how premium are their steaks in pictures on Instagram but when I got it I finally realised it’s sourced from some local butcher send without any ice pack. Bad cuts with foul smell and charged 3400 for 2 steaks. I was expecting international quality but fooled by their Instagram marketing. Never ever gonna order or suggest anyone to order from them, they are all talks no substance.

we purchased a turkey lunch meal for Christmas. Pre-ordered at the start of December. Come Christmas Day, they kept saying that the food is on its way. Lunch has turned to dinner and they have stopped picking up our calls. Spent 13K for the whole thing and got absolutely nothing in return. I guess we just gave our Christmas donation to them. it's just sad. I wouldn't ever order from here or recommend anyone to ever order from here.

The entire operation is a big scam. they show you high-end pictures and send you crappy stale meat and fish. maybe some road side operation. They scam you very professionally. they connect via insta and then ask for upfront payment and send you old stinky stale stuff. the man behind the phone named rishab Is a smooth scammer. so feel free to burn your money if you end up buying from them

It’s a fraud company. They mention A5 grade but it’s all crap quality meat which is badly packed and delivered. Total Scam. Manager is suddenly On a leave when you call to give feedback. Sorry to say but people like these maintains the Delhi reputation of scammers. Sad. Management should do something immediately

These guys are a scam. Ordered meats from them and it was not what they said… they mentioned A5 grade. I am not sure what animal it’s from to be honest. Meat was warm, looked awful 100% local. There was no dry ice.
