We went to the Taj Palace for some light snacks & refreshments couple of days after Christmas. The lobby & the place was elegantly nd nicely decorated. We had coffee, macaroons, sandwiches. Everything was tasty. The seating was comfortable & we enjoyed & relaxed while having our snacks. They offer 50% discount at their coffee shop on bakery & pattiseries after 7pm. Liked it. It’s an excellent tea lounge. The inside is beautiful like a victorian set up and the treats are super delightful. Had a pastry, opera, croissant and chocolate eclairs. Everything was melt in your mouth good and the croissant was flaky and the balance of sweet and savoury. I look forward to visiting again.

The coffee was amazing and served with some delicious cookies. We tried some sweet delicacies which were great and definitely worth a try. Lovely ambience!

The service is unbearably slow. I have never had to wait so long for a bottled beer in my life. I’m currently staying at the hotel and this is the second time today I’ve waited for over 20minutes from the time I ordered to the bottle being brought to me. No pouring involved, simply to bring the bottle from fridge to table. The place isn’t even particularly busy. Mind boggling!

Today we visited the Taj Hotel expecting a lovely anniversary celebration, but unfortunately, the experience was far from what we had hoped. We waited for a good 35-40 minutes for someone to take our food order, but no one bothered to assist us during that time. Finally, we took it upon ourselves to request a cup of coffee, which turned out to be quite disappointing in taste and even incorrect in our order. The lack of attention and service left us frustrated and unsatisfied. After this experience, we decided to leave and find another place to spend our special evening. It’s disheartening that a renowned establishment like the Taj failed to deliver on such basic expectations. I hope they can improve their service to match their reputation.

Today I order chocolate truffle cake from tea lounge generally i love cakes and always ready to taste from different places so I decided to order chocolate truffle cake fron delhi taj but seriously this is the worst cake of my life and I regret it after order this cake… I tried Belgium chocolate cake from la patisserie Mumbai taj and that was far better than this and also cheaper o don’t understand why they offer cheaper but mouth watering and this is costly and pathetic

The most ridiculous staff ever. Not even courteous to people enquiring for the wait time. Refuse table without even trying. Not excepted from taj brand. Never visiting again. Food might be good but the service is awful and the attitude of the staff is the worst for a five star hotel

Had iced coffee, to begin with, it was too bad! Definitely didn’t expect such a quality from this place. It neither looked great nor tasted nice!
