I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant. It may look ambiance and impressive, but service and customer support are extremely disappointing. I’ve visited multiple times and spent like more then 10,000/- every times on meals, but when it comes to resolving a billing issue, or any other assistance there is absolutely no support. Very disappointing customer service please think twice before visiting. If I talk about food starter Is good, but the main course is below-average, so don’t go for main course Importantly-on the bill, they are adding staff charges of amount like 1000/- or ₹ 1500 without even asking customer. This was happened with me

The food was okay and so was the service, found a hair in one of the dish, they offered to change it, we denied, they still charged for it and also additional service charge which they refused to remove from the bill. Highly unsatisfactory experience, won't recommend, it has lost it's old charm
