Long wait outside, followed by long wait to take order... Got seated at 9.45PM, placed order at 10.05 PM and order got delivered partially wrong... no coordination between staff

I visited this place for a meal and ordered Rogan Josh Mutton, but it was not good at all—the taste was very disappointing and the quality didn’t meet expectations. I asked for a replacement, and they served Handi Mutton, but that was also not good. On top of that, they don’t seem to understand basic differences in food—there was hardly any difference between the roti and papad served. Also, the mutton did not feel fresh at all. Even after raising these issues, I was simply told that they would “improve,” which didn’t really resolve anything at the moment. Overall, the food quality was poor and the experience was not satisfactory. They really need to improve their food standards.

The biriyani was too oily, i had requested for a bit spicy and salt normal but it was served too salty. The salt & pepper veg platter had smelly mushroom and I had stomach pain after the lunch. Having said this, my experience last time was good but this time your brand failed me in terms of taste and also in terms of quality

the food was bland and had a bitter taste in non veg gravy.. the mutton was raw everyone else was mehhhh and they were under staff as well
