Themis Barbecue House in CP never disappoints. Loved the live grills on the table — prawns, fish tikka, and malai chaap were standouts. Buffet spread is huge with decent Asian + Indian mains. Staff keeps refilling grills without asking. Perfect for family dinners and group outings. Great value for the price. Will visit again.

I visited Themis Barbecue House, CP today and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Firstly, the seating arrangement and sofa/chairs were visibly dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately created a very unhygienic impression. Secondly, the food quality was far below expectations. The taste, freshness, and overall preparation did not justify the pricing or the reputation of the restaurant. Several items were either cold, delayed, or lacked basic quality standards. The service experience was equally pathetic. The staff response was slow, uncoordinated, and highly inattentive. Orders were served untimely, repeated follow-ups were required, and overall hospitality standards were missing completely. Overall, it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I have had recently. A restaurant in a prime location like CP is expected to maintain at least basic cleanliness, food quality, and service standards, which were clearly missing here. Strongly disappointed.

Staff not at all co-operative and does not attend less people in a good manner. They only looking out for big table and attending the guest accordingly, not small table. They did not serve the complete staters and also telling us to get it from self service section. I asked for big table but they did not come in the entire time which we spend in the restaurant to advise us or inform us about the table we requested. I asked them to call the manager they did not called their manager but when we met the manager he was also very low in energy and did not provide us the appropriate response. Overall all very bad experience at Thamis CP.

At the beginning, we were moved to a corner table and had to wait 20 minutes for service to start. Even after that, no one came to take repeat orders. The staff seemed busy and We had to follow up multiple times… very bed experience.!!
