I always order cake from Theobroma. Majorly red velvet and chocolate truffle. This time also I took chocolate truffle cake but not for birthday, just like that as I was craving for something sweet. Along with that I also took chocoholic pastry, red velvet pastry and blueberry muffin. Each and every item was love. I absolutely love theobroma for cakes and pastry

On zomato and district both it was showing 20% off and the instructions clearly said ask the staff for District QR but when I asked they said they don’t have it. So what’s the point of making people fool by such offers that are not even applicable..very bad

The servings are smaller, literally everytime I order. Quality has dropped a bit too, the brownie almost tasted burnt, didn't expect it from my favorite bakery Please note this is what I'm left with if someone takes 1 bite from my brownie

As an avid sweet tooth, i used to think of theobroma as a bakery place that I can never go wring with but their decreasing quantity and quality and increased prices (for god knows what reason?) has surely let me down I even tried to reach out to them on instagram, to avoid reviewingthem here, but received no response so here we are. just look at the quality of something as simple as a strawberry tart. Your quality ingredients are what made you stand out from your competitors! sincerely disappointed

It’s better to order online than sitting there. I love their banana cake. However, yesterday when I decided to sit and have it right there at their outlet, they preferred to deliver the cake for an online order than giving to a customer who is sitting right in front of them. I could not enjoy my favourite banana cake. Felt so disappointed, however I absolutely love their preparations. Just a request to owners please don’t ignore the customers sitting right in front of you over online orders.

I have just had an awful experience at the MG road shop where I was sold a box of hazelnut cookies nearing its expiry date and it is absolutely foul. So stale and disgusting I can’t eat it. Plus I did not receive a receipt

worst experience never ever order from this again ordered 1kg cake and got 250 grm never expected from Zomato also they are not helping also to get my refund .
