Firstly they wont give you the local store number, only centralized number is there. I travelled 20 minutes to the store just to see the lazy cashier close the cash 10 minutes early and refusing to take my order. Will never order from here

Extremely rude cashier. Impolite and arrogant. If Theobroma thinks that only good food can attract customers, they got it wrong. The staff should be taught basic etiquettes of dealing with customers.

The worst red velvet pastry I’ve ever had. It was just sweet in taste, no flavour. The pastry didn’t seem to be fresh, hard to cut it down. It taste like some cheap pastry on the road side.
