Extremely disappointing experience. We found a hair inside our cheesecake. While this was already a concerning hygiene issue, the manager’s response made the experience even worse. He defensively said the kitchen staff wear hairnets and the hair could belong to anyone, almost as if he was pointing a finger at us instead of acknowledging the issue. He asked if we wanted a replacement, took the dish away, and walked off without an apology or further communication. We had to approach him ourselves after waiting for him to return. The manager’s dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. Expected much better hygiene and customer service from a big name like Theos. Never returning to this outlet.
