This place is a favorite spot for me! I visit every other weekend, and the coffee is consistently delicious. The service is exceptional, especially thanks to Ravi nd Akshay - two hardworking servers who are incredibly kind, communicative, and friendly.

I ordered classic cold coffee with less sugar with clear instructions but the coffee was way too sweet. The coffee tasted like milk shake and did not feel that the coffee used was of premium quality.

Very slow service. Staff was not attentive at all, had to remind them multiple times for the smallest of things. The place wasn't even crowded. took more than half an hour for two beverages and that too came after following up so many times. They served food without any cutlery and took forever to get it even after asking.

There are major hygiene issues with this outlet and this is the second time when this is happening, earlier there was a fly in my coffee and this time there is a hair at the bottom of my takeaway glass.

So ordered Bannofie pie! The crust was so hard !!!!may have been there for display for ever ..☹️ The main order - chicken cheese tomatoes was over even before i could order :( wraps had the wrapping pretty crunch which shouldn’t be the case it’s a wrap not patty! Stuffing was ok but the crunch wrap ruined it! Sandwich was served cold wasn’t informed if it would be so .. Choco chip frappe had no choco chips and classic cold coffee frappe u can see for urself!! Worst part the gold course road situated cafe had water dripping and tables unimaginably put close no privacy n customers adjusting ever it!! Unisex Washroom is not well kept the tap is broken :( 😞 Never stopping by again!
