The atmosphere, food, and coffee are truly wonderful, creating a warm and inviting space. What I appreciate most is their commitment to being open 24/7, making it accessible whenever you need it. Anoop and the entire staff go above and beyond to be friendly and supportive, which really enhances the experience.

Had a great experience at Third wave experience. Great service provided by the staff especially Anoop who personally curated the beverage and meals for me. Had a great chat with him too and overall made the entire experience quite memorable. I will surely come back again because of people like Anoop.

Coffees are amazing. Tiramisu is shitty. Thirdwave cafe, to all outlets, please stop calling it tiramisu - it’s black forest cake. 385rs for black forest? Loot.

I frequent this TWC on Golf Course every 2-3 days a week. In these few weeks, while the rest of the staff have been near-perfect in their behavior, there this one guy, Upendra, who seems to have a bad attitude towards regular customers. He is dismissive and inattentive. Now, I’m not sure if it’s the management that instructs them to be unprofessional towards regulars, which is quite silly as you’re getting repeat business from us, and we could always find another cafe/business with better service.

It was for the first time i visited this place yesterday and it was an instant regret for prefering this over starbucks because Third wave- here has zero sense of customer connection or consideration. They have zero communication & could barely locate the order's key on the till. It was a mess, one person said they'd be fine with the bill being paid in a bit, on the request of another person at the pos, when we got there to pay the bill he said the previous person will punch your bill, i cannot locate the key, and further the promised offer wasn't redeemed because of the changed time bracket which should have been the responsibility of the employee to inform but what else to expect.

The only thing worse than their food was their service. it took them 45 minutes to put cream cheese and cucumber inside a dried old bagel. Coffee was so blended that the milk had churned butter that was floating on top of it. Fried were half raw, half burnt. Lime soda was only limca without fizz. Worst experience ever.
