One of my go to cafes for coffee. Ambience is cozy and the coffee is strong as per my liking. They have a decent menu to try out. We were served by Mr. Ghanshyam and he was kind enough to check if we were comfortable.

amazing coffee and tasty food. the cold coffee was perfect and the hummus and pita platter was refreshing and crunchy and tasty. Love the ambience. Service is amazing and friendly.

TWC is famous for their coffee, but they serve Iced Cappuccino differently every time I visit them. Their must be some standards set. I love their Chocolate Croissant. Their Mexican Paneer Sandwich bread was very dry. I loved their Grapefruit Mango Boba drink, which they discontinued. Their bagel sandwich is good. They should definitely work on their coffee, as its very watery and lacks that intense coffee flavour.

Something is seriously off with this branch, and it’s disappointing beyond words. As a regular customer, I’ve always considered this my go-to coffee spot, but what happened on Saturday, 12th April 2025, at 3 PM was the last straw. I brought a client here, expecting a pleasant experience—and instead, it was an embarrassment. 1. The air conditioning situation is unacceptable. Out of three AC units, only one was barely functioning. In Delhi’s heat, this isn’t just uncomfortable—it’s inhumane. A working AC is not a luxury, it’s a necessity. 2. I ordered the Peppery Chicken Sandwich, and it was served cold. Not chilled. Not slightly warm. Just… straight out of the fridge cold. No effort to toast, heat, or even make it edible. 3. The coffee—ironically—was cold too. And not in an iced coffee kind of way. We ordered a hot brew, and it came lukewarm at best. If this is how they treat loyal, regular customers, it’s clear that customer care is not even on their radar. This place needs a serious attitude adjustment—and basic maintenance. Until then, I’d recommend avoiding it altogether. There are far better cafes in Delhi that understand hospitality and the concept of working AC.

While I was waiting for a friend before placing order, waiter came twice with in 5 mins to ask me when will I place the order or if I ever will!! It's turning into CCD day by day. Then we ordered classic cold coffee which tasted like syrup.
