I recently visited Tim Hortons and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The quality of food and beverages was excellent, everything was fresh, well-prepared, and served promptly. The ambiance was warm, clean, and very inviting, making it a perfect spot to unwind. What truly made my visit special was the exceptional service. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Rakesh 😊 for going above and beyond. His professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail were truly commendable. He made sure we were comfortable and attended to every need with a genuine smile. Such a dedicated service really makes a difference. I would definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to everyone looking for not just great food, but also an outstanding customer experience. ✨❤️

We have been here for the very first time and iam sure we would keep coming her more often - Excellent set of people serving with utmost customer centricity . Krishna , the manager is doing a terrific job in terms of handling and treating customers . Same goes for Asmita & Gaurav - You all make a wonderful team !

this is the matcha they are serving 😭😭 there is almost no matcha in it only vanilla flavour and milk rest things are good

extremely unprofessional attitude. everytime new coffee maker guy who needs to be instructed for customised instructions. billing system is different at different times. depends upon the person who bills. instructions in coffee making aren't followed too, most of the times very sweet irrespective of multiple call outs. sandwiches prep instructions aren't followed despite of repetitive call outs. poor management as the person managing doesn't understand regular customer needs.

Pathetic Customer Service, Do not Order fro This place as Home delivery. My Coffee came all spilled and it was a horrible experience. Do not order Home Delivery from Tim hortans, they send hot coffees in single cups to reduce expenses and this is what the customer faces. Pathetic

Staff is not up to mark and are quite arrogant while talking to the customers. Delay and errors in order faced.
