Its a great place to chill with very good people managing this outlet. Sonia gives great recommendations if you dont know what to order. Overall a very good place for Coffee & Conversations...!!

My sincere apologies to Tim Hortons Pitampura as I bring my rating down again from a ⭐⭐⭐⭐ to a ⭐⭐ upon my third visit 🙏🏻 What we had on visit #3 and review: * Biscoff cold coffee - 10/10 - let's start with a positive though, this is an excellent beverage worth going back for. I recommended this to my +1 and they loved it. We specifically hit Tims again for Biscoff cold coffee and weren't disappointed. Kudos! * Iced latte - 1/10 - imho and to put it simply, terrible! I'm sure an iced latte isn't instant coffee + milk, right? Or is it? Don't tell me I paid ₹450 for a medium instant coffee + milk, because that's exactly what that tasted like. Apart from mediocre F&B, another problem is the dullness. Their servers & baristas never smile. It just brings down the energy of this cafe. This is definitely something that needs to be addressed. This was my 3rd visit there and I've never come across smiling faces. Hope you're paying them well, Tims. Their low morale is a bad vibe.
