I am a die - Hard Foodie. And my Favorite Food since Child Hood has been -- Chole Bhature. So my Quest and Search for the Best Chole Bhature landed me to Delhi -- Old Delhi -- Chandni Chowk --- Paranthe Wali Gali. I was super Hungry so and happened to cross by Tiwari Ji Ke Chole Bhature Shop. Immediately, I ordered a Plate of Chole Bhature.  Best thing is that, the Bhature are Stuffed and Packed with Paneer Fillings, Some Green Chillies, Chopped Green Coriander and hint of Spices. Chole Too are Very Nicely Cooked. In fact, the secret lies in the Slow Cooking of Chole that too on Medium to Slow Fire.  There are no Seating Arrangements at Tiwari Ji's Shop, you just have to get the Chole Bhature, Packed and start moving, or else stand there and indulge into the Flavors and Aroma of Superb Chole Bhature. I discovered fantastic Taste in Chandni Chowk ---- Paranthe Wale Gali --- Tiwari Ji Shop.  My Rating and Review is 5.0/5. Supremely Satisfied Foodie.

This has to be my fav cholle bhatura place!! The bhaturas are perfect cooked, they are big and have paneer stuffing, and they aren’t oily at all. Cholle also taste amazing, and they serve it along with a serving of tangy sauce and onion and achar. The gali being narrow is usually crowded but that’s not a problem.

Palak paneer. Here the beauty is the pieces of paneer well cut and well ixed inside the palak which gives a wonderful taste. The palak gravy is very thick.

Tried the Palak paneer chhole chawal from Tiwari ji, The taste was really amazing. But the place is really crowded at all times. The quantity and the portion size is okay according to the price. It is a must try.

The food here is amazing, loved the flavour. The area is not very safe and a family member of mine was pickpocketed. I wish this food was available in a safer location.

17th April, Wednesday The epic foodwalk of Chandni Chowk had it's third stop here at the famous "no Onion-no Garlic" Chole Bhature. As we had to cover 10 places in this foodwalk, we packed these babies up and left. The place was crammed and was a major contributing factor of jamming the already narrow Gali. The Chole was very nice even without Onion and Garlic. The Bhaturas we're dense and nicely prepared. Can be tried once!

Chandni chowk means lots of indian food variety with authentic taste. I am very much fond of chole bhature and i found very tasty chole bhature with palak paneer at starting of very famous paranthe wali gali chandani chowk. Bhature are less oily and filled with paneer and chole are cooked at slow flame makes good combination forever. Recommended this place for best chole bhature.

Chole bhatures are okay but nothing great. A bit oily and on heavier side, they are not my pick and i will not recommend going again. There are much better places in delhi to savour chole bhaturey then this one.
