My experience was not good in terms of service that the restaurant offered - promoting VIP culture openly. They were attending the people who ordered non- veg and cocktails and those who were in bigger groups with great hospitality but they were paying least attention to us (only a couple ordering veg food and mocktails). Our order arrived pretty late and was incomplete as well (instead of serving 4 butter roti, as ordered, they served only three and when we asked for the fourth one they served plain roti and we had to remind them that we had ordered butter roti). The taste of the food was also average (at best). They were more focused on aesthetic and less on flavours. Wouldn't recommend it, specifically for those not planning to order hard drinks and non-veg, and those who are looking for fine dining options which are not loud.

I wanted to share some feedback from my recent visit to your establishment. 1.Soup Temperature**: The soup served to us was cold, which affected the overall dining experience. 2.DiscountsThe discount mentioned on Dineout was not applied to our bill, which was disappointing as we were expecting it to be honored. 3. Seating RequestsI had requested sofa seating, but unfortunately, this was not accommodated. Additionally, when I asked for a baby chair, I was informed that none were available. Despite my request for an extra chair for the baby, I was told that it could not be provided as it would block the way. Overall, the experience felt somewhat restrictive, as though we were dining according to the restaurant's terms and conditions rather than a collaborative experience. The staff, unfortunately, did not exhibit the level of courtesy and helpfulness that I would expect from a restaurant of your caliber. We end up going to the other restaurant for Maincourse, we left the restaurant after having starters .we had pathetic experience I hope this feedback is taken into consideration, as I believe addressing these points can significantly improve the customer experience.

I reserved it for 14 ppl, the manager was calling and confirming repeatedly by reservation, but the restaurant was empty , apart from us only one table was reserved. Till we left the restaurant was empty being it is a Saturday night , the vibe was missing. The staff were arrogant and slow even though we were the only one in the restaurant. The bruschetta was served cold and very average. As it was the dhaba chain , but better not to go here. Go to the OG dhaba.

I ordered butter chicken.it was stale and smelly as it was not fresh .they have gone down with there food quality to a level that this place isnt worth anymore.too disappointed and embasses in front of my guest offering them a smelly dish and the manager had nothing to say except i will speak to the chef .if a guest id complaining about a fault then it should be looked into rather than given a lame response .

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely unprofessional and unattended which made the visit unpleasant. To make matters worse, we found a piece of a stainless steel scrubber in the lime soda we ordered. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and quality control. Moreover food quality was also not good Definitely not recommended.

Service was not good, staff was not in their best behavior were patial. Food is not so good, specially malai kofta was very tasteless. No discount received as mentioned on District
