we ordered one starter and two drinks and one Hyderabadi Chicken Dum Biryani. Biryani had very average taste. we expected little more

I had the worst experience there. We went there after making the booking through zomato , and we travelled all the way to the restaurant and after we reached there, they denied our dining saying the restaurant is closed today. However , if it would have been the case, the booking shouldn’t have happened or a communication should have been made to us over call or email that the booking cannot be done. We faced a loss of time and changes in plans just because of a stupid management of the restaurant. They blamed the entire zomato platform that zomato gives false bookings and people come there and then they have to say no to them. zomato should keep a check on such poor management of these restaurants.

The place is so dull with the staff and manager being absent 90% of the times. The lady at the reception is busy in watching reels. Pathetic place, Food is even below average.
